Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan is free for 30 days with full access from day one. A card is required to start; you aren't charged until day 31, and you can cancel anytime before then. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms.
How does per-user pricing work?
Every plan includes up to 10 users per company. Each additional user is RM10 per month. On Industrial and Early Adopter, the 10-user allowance applies to each company you manage, not as a shared pool across all of them.
What's the difference between Contractor and Industrial?
Contractor covers the complete procurement workflow for one company: requests, approvals, purchase orders, vendor register, budgets, and a full audit trail. Industrial includes everything in Contractor for up to 5 companies or JV entities, plus Analytics & Spend Reporting.
