Terms of Service

Governs use of Bilaro, a procurement approval and vendor management platform from Pomodoro Tech Sdn Bhd. Bilaro helps manage purchase requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, vendor records, and goods/service receiving, and prepares procurement records for LHDN e-Invoice readiness — Bilaro does not file e-Invoices with LHDN directly; final submission requires LHDN's MyInvois portal or authorized middleware. Bilaro is designed to work alongside existing accounting software (SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero), not replace it.

Users must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for account security. Paid use is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users retain ownership of their procurement/vendor/company data (handling described in Privacy Policy — Bilaro does not sell user data).

Prohibited: unlawful use, attempting to breach security, reverse-engineering, processing data without the right to process it. Bilaro name, logo, and software are Pomodoro Tech Sdn Bhd property.

Accounts may be suspended/terminated for Terms violations or non-payment per the Refund Policy; users may cancel anytime. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law, exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Terms may be updated; material changes notified by email or in-app notice. Contact: support@bilaro.my.
