Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bilaro operates a 30-day free trial (card required, not charged during trial; reminder emails sent 5 days and 1 day before trial end). Paid plans (Core RM199/mo, Pro RM399/mo, Founding RM149/mo) bill monthly in advance in MYR and renew automatically. Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support@bilaro.my — cancellation stops future billing, access continues until the end of the current paid period, no cancellation fees.

Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current month. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after confirmed cancellation, extended outages) — contact support@bilaro.my.

Founding tier's locked RM149/month rate applies only while the subscription remains active and continuous; cancelling forfeits the locked rate, and resubscribing later is at the then-current Core/Pro rate. Founding slots are limited (50 total), allocated first-come.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify by email; access may be suspended (not deleted) after a 7-day grace period until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
